The hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in an incredible location! It has everything you need for a quick getaway.
However, the major frustration was the lack of consistent hot water. In a place where mornings and evenings are quite chilly, this became a real issue. I had to call the front desk before every shower, and even then, the problem wasn’t resolved. Unfortunately, this inconvenience led me to cut my stay short by two days.
I really hope management addresses this issue, because it’s the only thing holding the property back from being a fantastic choice.
Hope they can fix that issue!!

Very basic but nice hotel. Rooms are quite bare, no night light, just one very bright ceiling light. Location is fine for local attractions. Included breakfast is decent. Good stay for the price we paid.

La ubicación del hotel y su vista sobre la ciudad y las montañas es espectacular. La atención de Andres fue excelente.
