Overall good hotel for the money

Better experience than last year. Staff was perfect, super kind and helpful. Especially Arman, Zahid and Iqram. Supernice people. Hotel itself is decent. Room cleanliness is very good and privacy is honored. Location is very good, there's many restaurants and shops nearby. There's good sized pool and excellent bartenders as said. Buffet food isn't the best, but it'll take your hunger away.
Ps. Give raise to people mentioned above.

Okay to what we paid for the trip

Good size for our room.
Unfortunately, this room was outside an elevator.
What caused disturbed sleep when people were loud when the bar closed at 12 at night, not very good soundproofing.
It was not possible to change rooms because the hotel was full.
+ with a refrigerator in the room.
Can I get an extra mattress, the bed is very hard.
Bathtub in the bathroom, preferred shower.
The AC worked well but was loud.
The breakfast was okay, we didn't think the rest of the food was that fantastic.
Damn, could have been better with simple means.
Very nice bartenders.
The pool was lovely, there was a bar in the pool and an area where it bubbled.
A little funny: read rule no 12 in the pool rules
There was a "sun terrace" a staircase up from the pool area with sunbeds.
It was quiet and nice to lie and sunbathe there.
Smoking is allowed everywhere outdoors at this hotel.
One was involuntarily exposed to passive smoking for a week.
There was no activity program. No billiard table/pin board/darts. A little boring for children/teenagers, I can imagine.
Close to several different beaches, but nothing is signed.
We had a trip out in the evening.
I had to pay 70 euros for us to have all-inclusive on the last day.
And 2 euros to lock valuables in a locker in the baggage room.
Checking out of the room is one thing if there are new guests.
But to pay to keep the bracelet after check-out
I have never been to, and I travel a lot.

I’d like to give a special mention to Irfan from the housekeeping team. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. He kept our room tidy, made the beds, brought us fresh towels whenever we needed them, and was always happy to help.
What stood out most was his friendly attitude and the lovely conversation we had. He made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated, and his kindness really made a difference to our stay at Captain Pier Hotel.
Thank you, Irfan, for your hard work and for making our stay feel that little bit more special. You are a real credit to the hotel!

Great holiday

It was a very great holiday, me and family had a good time and we gonna for sure come back again. Specially two of your younger guys "Arman" "Zahid" was very polite and always had a smile on their face and make other people smile also. They make so people wanna come back again. Great experience

Good food, good service and the best bartenders, Arman and Zahid
The pool is perfect for kids and the poolbar for the parents!
