Great stay at Travel Tree Inn! It looked just like the photos, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. They offered most amenities, making our visit comfortable. We would definitely love to return! Highly recommend!

The room was nice and spacious.We had a good time.However, the breakfast was Very low quality and cheap compared to The hotel and relatively higher end option

Overall it was a good stay, but you can tell that it's a half-baked operation. Perhaps it's because we were visiting during Chinese New Year but it seemed understaffed. And the staff that were there were not very oriented towards creating a good experience. Breakfast was mediocre with little choice (no coffee). And while the renovation was extremely new, I think after a year of use the place will be struggling. Rooms have new things in them but not put together very well: for example the reclinable sofa was placed too far away from the outlet so you could not use the electric reclining function. When asking the front desk they said the cord wasn't long enough so they removed it. There are a lot of little things like this that makes this hotel feel like they have a lot of "new" stuff but it doesn't really fit together... like they bought leftover new furniture and factory outlet things, and cobbled together a hotel. Also the pool wasn't open, they said it was because of the winter... but we didn't see any sign of it. Public bathrooms were all squat toilets.

Room had good natural light coming through and was generally clean
But the tatami had clear stains, and guests have to pay to use the phone charging cable in the room
Soundproofing should also be improved as even with the windows closed, one could hear outside noises
