The reception is very helpful and friendly towards foreigners knowing that I cant cope well in Chinese, they were helpful in providing guidance traveling around the area (what traps to avoid and not to burn your wallet). They had been very helpful during my stay here and I even extended my stay :) The room condition is very well maintained and there is not much noise pollution as compared to other areas. They also provide washing machine and dryer on the 5th floor and its free to use. Overall, I am extremely happy during my stay here and I highly recommend this stay to other foreigners planning to visit Zhangjiajie. There are many stays within the area but the friendliness of the staff and the boss here is just SPOT ON!
