Excellent Hospitality, with Exceptional Chinese-Influenced Buffet Breakfast and Dinner.

What I will remember Pullman Xiamen Powerlong for is the excellent hospitality of the Team Members with whom I interacted. This, although an older-feeling and well-lived hotel.
These include Ms. Jennifer, Mr. Tai, Mr. George and Ms. Tammy at Front Desk. As well as Mr. Bill and Ms. Anya at the Lobby Lounge and Restaurant. Myself not being a Chinese speaker and visiting from Australia, I was very much impressed by how warm and caring these Team Members were to make me feel welcome and informed.
Pullman Xiamen Powerlong shines due to its warm hospitality.

The room did not meet Pullman standards; it felt outdated and was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was centrally controlled by the hotel management, with no individual control in the room, making it impossible to adjust the temperature to personal comfort. Additionally, the bathroom had a severe drainage issue and showed signs of poor workmanship.

Large riverside hotel in Xiamen

This luxury hotel is located on an island in the river in Xiamen's Siming District. It's easily accessible by taxi from the airport, or by bus to the Bailuzhou bus stop.
This time I stayed in a corner room. The room was spacious and the bed and bathroom were clean. The building doesn't feel old.
There are two 500ml bottles of water at room temperature and two in the refrigerator. As a Platinum member, breakfast is served on the first floor. The spacious venue offers both Western and local dishes.
Although it is not managed by the hotel, there is an expensive massage parlor in the basement.
I got a 300 RMB discount when I stayed there.They have a 90-minute menu for around 1,000 RMB. If you have the money, drop by.

Amazing location, you can't choose better one, centrally located inside of the beautiful park. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast. We had really nice time there and definitely will choose this hotel again if we go to Xiamen again!
