I had a nice stay at this hotel! The room was clean and thoughtfully designed, offering a modern and stylish ambiance that made the stay both comfortable and visually appealing. One of the highlights of my visit was the on-site restaurant, which exceeded all expectations. The menu featured a delightful selection of dishes, and their Suzhou noodles were absolutely outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The combination of great food, a good location, and a well-maintained property made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Good location with a metro station next door and many shopping centres and restaurants nearby. The rooms are of very good size. Booking a Club room with a small extra cost allows you to have a room on the higher floor and access to the executive lounge. Checkout time is 12pm but the hotel was happy to give me another extra 2 hours. There are a very limited number if rooms with (partial) a lake view.

Hyatt has been my choice of stay for the past few travels to Suzhou. A pleasant stay and cleanliness are good.

The hotel is well located. Just 10 min walking from the show center. The room was wide and clean, good lay out. All the staff service was friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
