Have stayed at this hotel for night during recent business trip. The experience has met my expectation in terms of location, cleanliness, service and facilities. Would stay here again when visit Suzhou Anhui next time.

Super nice rooms that are very comfortable, bed included. Breakfast has limited western options as well as staff there that understands English. The area around the hotel is pretty boring and leaves you no where to walk.
Didn't have lunch or dinner here so can't say if that is good. Will probably book the hotel next time as other options in this city seems limited.

Although in a smaller town it's a perfect place to get out of the big city and relax. Within walking distance there is a large beautiful park by the water that also litt night with walking trails. You can find benches to?plop down and read a book by the water. There is a spa in the hotel, but I walked down to a little shop a half a block away for a reflexology foot massage that included the he'd neck and arms and was quite reasonable. The hotel had a pool that was clean and maintained with windows. It offered room service but I walked down to near the local Wanda plaza to enjoy local food.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel, and I will choose this hotel next time when I come to Suzhou. It is a very good hotel with super high cost performance. The service attitude and timeliness of all the staff are very good. It can be seen that they are sincere Serve every customer and bring stable repeat customers to the hotel with his own practical actions. Because I am a member of Hilton, Hilton is my first choice every time I go out. I have a few personal suggestions for this stay. I hope you can do better in the future: 1. The TV in the room is too old and should be replaced 2. The heating effect of the air conditioner in the guest room is not very good, and maintenance should be strengthened; 3. Whether the service staff is doing their job properly is related to the hotel occupancy rate. There should be an effective supervisory inspection. The mouthwash cup on the water table in the room I stayed in was not cleaned, and it was full of watermarks, which left a small blemish for this stay.
