环境：特别差！设施设备床单全是坏的！屋里面特别严重的下水道味儿，房间里面的灯基本坏掉，只有一个是好的！还直对着床头上放，打开正对着枕头，刺眼！！！
服务：老板人品特别差！大冬天不让开暖风，只让开冷风，说开了冷风屋里面才不会有下水道味儿！还跟你吵架，目的就是不给换合适的房间，换了就得加高价钱！！！属实是生意人，赚黑心钱！环境差不给调换，利用客户变相跟携程网要钱，真是把无奸不商体现的淋漓尽致！！希望大家不要被这样的不良商家骗了，有多远离多远就好！！

住了7个小时出来跟我说有味道，晚上了谁给你搞卫生，后面跟平台协商好平台补贴免费给你升级，你找我要10块我没给你就点个差评，就你这人品啊，一毛钱没出换了个更好的房间还给别人造谣，你怎么不把你自己的问题说出来呢。

居室还好吧，有窗的，可以开窗让空气流通。靠近超市，方便购买日用品。空调用了一段时间后突然发出隆隆隆的声响，不是正常的声响，有待维修。
