room very well clean。 staff are polite and helpful。 theres a night market just infront of the hotel and meal are very convenient around the area. Just a few mins walk to the seaside

I did like my room with king size bed, sea view. Staff were very helpful, from the restaurant, housekeeping and front desk. I don’t speak mandarin but they translated my English through their phone. I need to speak slowly and everything went really well. Thank you so much Lida Wang, Assistant Service Manager of Hilton Garden Inn, Sanya for helping me.

The hardware facilities are very good, the rooms are very good, the service is too bad
I checked in on March 23rd and booked 4 nights. However, the service in this hotel was so disappointing and the check-in was very slow. I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and didn’t check in until 2 o’clock. While I was waiting in the lobby, no one informed me whether it would be cleaned. When the room was ready, I could only ask once every half hour, and finally decided to stay only for 2 nights. The total price of the reservation for 4 nights was 1,710 yuan, and I was asked to pay 1,000 yuan to stay for 2 nights. Later, I found the manager on duty, verified the situation, and paid 865 yuan according to the original order.
I am a Hilton Diamond member and booked a room through the official APP. I came to Sanya to celebrate my birthday. The person who checked me in was ANNA ZHOU. She said that the room was too tight and could not be upgraded. After fighting for it, I was given a room with a higher floor. I really don’t know if any of the housekeepers who wrote reviews on Fliggy would contact them in advance and give them room upgrades, so I doubt them. After checking in, there was no free fruit plate. I asked if the check-out time could be extended to 2 pm, and I was told that I need to apply on the day of check-out. It’s so difficult for Diamond members to check out 2 hours late.
I also booked a stay at the Yalong Bay Hilton for four nights from the 27th to the 31st. I was wondering if the service was just as bad and I should book another hotel. It's a pity that the hotel with good hardware facilities has one of the worst services.
You must wear a swimming cap in the hotel swimming pool, which can be purchased at the swimming pool management office for 25 yuan. There is a water dispenser in the gym, but there are no towels, so prepare them in advance. There is a night market across the street, which is very convenient. It's quite close to the beach in a straight line, but you need to take a detour to get there, which takes about 15-20 minutes on foot. The room is quite big, the internet speed is quite fast, and the bed is very comfortable. The water flow is very good for rain showers. The children’s entertainment area on the third floor is very good
