开了空调之后空调里不知道啥味道特别重不知道是不是太久没清理过了还发出砰砰砰的声音，打开水龙头全是泥水，我理解是这里最近下大雨的问题，打给商家商家说我能怎么办，我就不信九寨沟这里所有酒店出来都是泥水你自己设施不行跟你反馈了问题除了会说我有什么办法还会说啥，我问你那我们怎么洗澡，你来了句今天不能不洗吗，好家伙我问你有什么办法你直接说不要洗真无敌了这是开酒店的态度吗

前两天九寨沟下雨，下的水都是浑的，不是我们一家水浑，整个彭丰村酒店的水都是浑的，12点多了您说水是浑的没法洗澡，我说要不就明天早上洗，水浑的我也没办法，这个水浑不是我能左右的了，如果早一点我还能去给您买一桶纯净水，12点多了商店都关门了。关于空调的事、住过客人都没有反应过，所以我们也不知道，问题已经解决，早晨11点了，您问我说怎么去景区，我说师傅已经走了，送不了，我们家早上送客人是7点到8点之间送，实在抱歉，没能让您体验好！

房间干净卫生，老板很热情，打过电话老早就接我们，还帮我们停车。早上主动免费送我们去景区门口。值得推荐👍

和家人一起来九寨，位置离沟口很近走路要不了多久，房间也很干净整洁😄，下楼附近都是吃的也很方便，很不错的一次体验，还免费送我们去了景区非常感谢！
