Amazing light/music/water show
Husband and I didn’t stay in the hotel but went to look at the water/light/music show - it was really worth the visit and enjoyed a lot. The gondola ride over the water was also enjoyed. The hotel itself is stunning inside also.

Luxury Hotels
There have been a lot of tourists in Macau in December, so you need to check in at 3 p.m. The hotel room in Macau is relatively gorgeous and can speak more English, there is a male colleague on the front desk to help me check in, because there are rooms later, the hotel also arranged late check-out for me, sincerity is satisfactory.

Recommended Food Square at Winnipeg Palace
Finally I came to see Winnipeg's wealthy tree (heard that every leaf of the tree was made of pure gold), the last time I came to the maintenance, today I finally saw, the middle to the front desk to inquire about the information of the restaurant, the front desk Ellis recommended Winnipeg for us, but the reservations were full, and later recommended us to go to Winnipeg's palace's newly opened fairy court, a very charming food square, clean food also.

Disappointed service and poor service recovery.
The service is horrible with my stay experience. I arrived on 18tg NOV 2pm to check in my room. The front desk staff said no room available and need to wait until 3:00 pm. On 3:30pm we went to the counter account and try to check in to get our room but the staff said the room is not yet ready. We need to come again at 4:30.pm. The attitude is cold and not professional.
I was travelling with my dad and he is 80 years old. We just kept walking and walking made him very tired and frustrated. The hotel front desk staffs were all looked so impolite and not helpful. Nothing offered to us and no empathy. This response made us felt disrespectful, not valued and disappointed.
So disappointed as we reached the counterr again at 5pm. The staff still said no room available which is so frustrating and disappointing. My dad is an old man and kept asking us to walk to and from the counter that really unacceptable. The information about getting the room was so confusing and wrong. That made the customer very troublesome. No empathy and do nothing at all. That made the customer felt not valued.
Finally we gave up the twin bed room instead of getting a one bed room as we didn’t want to walk anymore.We did not sleep well that night finally.
As a big company, I couldn’t believe have such kind of unprofessional service provided. This is really not acceptable.
This was not my first time visiting Wynn Macau and this experience made me and my dad feel very disrespectful and disappointed.
Also, I tried to ask about any birthday celebration as my birthday is in NOV. The staff just answered me coldly and said nothing may be only a piece of cake. And there was no more follow up about that. What kind of unprofessional service is it.
Really disappointed with this experience and next day 2 front desk staffs just come to us and apologise without any compensation. They said can have a free upgrade to our next stay only. Really disappointed for such unprofessional service provided.
