Very pleasant stay

I had concerns before arriving, having experienced in other mega establishments in Macau and Las Vegas in the past, endless check-ins. Here, it was extremely quick and efficient. Room not available due to my early arrival time, but I received a message as soon as the room was available, and my bags were delivered to the suite. During my stay, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of the premises. The breakfast at Milan was very fresh with a decent selection. The only complaint for my departure is that I requested the day before for my bags to be picked up and taken to the West Lobby at a specific time, but no one came. I then called again, but once again, no one came. I therefore left with my own bags, which is not practical given the thickness of the carpets and the distance.

Extraordinary!

My kids were so happy upon walking into the hotel room because of the space that was allotted them to run around. We had just been in Hong Kong and the rooms were tiny so they felt as though they were in heaven. The rooms were lavishly decorated and I appreciated the view. There is security posted at each entrance hall and you have to show your card to get in and if you are a husband and you have to leave and return to your room because your wife and kids keep you running out to get something from the food court, it gets a little annoying after a while, but it is appreciated as you do feel the added sense of security for your family. The shopping, the food court, the casino is all extra and we loved it. Oh, how did I almost forget? The pools are AMAZING! Not so much kid-friendly, but they are beautifully decorated. I wouldn’t mind returning here again and again.

What a treat this stay was

My first time staying at the Venetian in Macau - after previously visiting the Las Vegas location and I have to say I was stunned.
I visited with my 1 year old daughter- and the hotel was super child friendly.
The staff was absolutely astonishing - friendly and super helpful.
Special thanks to July at the check in - she was super friendly and took great care of us.
The room was super spacious and the pool area was lovely- again great staff there.
The hotel and the size just impressive and we loved our stay!

Shopping & Breakfast

Stayed here for three nights with my family and friends. We had a breakfast buffet in Milan restaurant and very satisfied to the excellent service of staff Rami during our second and last day.. It's very busy and she even toast a bread for us because she saw our table with a burned bread.
It's a great macao experience!

Actual Venice Vibes

A very grand experience, never saw such a big hotel before, it has over 3000 rooms, multiple lobbies and reception, a shopping area bigger than most malls, even the very basic rooms are very large. Pro Tips for Indian Food Lovers - they offer a Dal Tadka Combo with Rice, DO NOT MISS
