Staff not able to answer simple questions like " where is a good place to exchange my money?" They have a shuttle bus the makes 5 stops but provide NO map so you have no idea where the bus stops are.

Welcome to the outrageously extreme stay.

1, two o'clock in the afternoon check in, the front desk replied that the room did not sweep out, but to wait at least an hour, it was suggested that I first store, out to play until the evening back, directly assigned me a grim tail room, it turned out not to clean that room at all in the afternoon.
2, after staying in this room strange things continue, first the charging line from the desk seams to the bottom of the table, almost couldn't find; again the balcony door almost couldn't open, the phone for help to the front desk open, the door magically opened before the master arrived, out of courtesy then call to inform the front desk and hope to rehydrate, as a result the front desk male waiter replied: you yourself press 5 to inform the housekeeper department about these two things.
3, after check-out leaving Australia to the port, shocked to find clothes left in the room, call the hotel to seek, the same waiter replied: I want time for colleagues to find, you call back in an hour to ask the results. In a hurry, Q: If you find one, can you keep it for 2-3 months, like most "normal" hotels, and pick it up the next time you return to Australia? A: All the leftovers from our store are only kept "on the same day"! So I can only think of myself as unlucky. I can't imagine there will be a hotel in 2026 that doesn't bother to keep things for its guests. If you love your personal belongings, find another place to stay.
It is also recommended that bosses give staff bed shifts so that they can all be paid if they lie down. Thanks for watching, 200% real.

This property is below average. Staff and Manager are trying their best to help, but the property itself is not upto the mark. Location is ok. If you are a British national stay away and if you have vegetarian dietary requirements, do not even go to this hotel if this is the last hotel in town. Unfortunately my whole experiance was fowl and have nothing good to say about this hotels
