Accommodating Staff and Relaxing Vibe

Great location far from the bustling city of Macau and showcases a quiet and solace side of Macau near the coastal community of Coloane. Aside from the spacious area, clean rooms and relaxing vibe of the resort, the staff are very accommodating specially Eva and Rose from Cafe Panorama, Ed from the Health Club, and Hancy and Nancy from the front Desk. Thank you for making my short vacation a memorable one!

Enjoyable

My friends and I really enjoyed our Stay. The staff were kind and lovely. We enjoyed all facilities provided by the hotel.

Staycation

The Hotel is peaceful and very calming. Bien is exceptionally warm and friendly. Overall, the stay has been excellent.

Grand Colane makes you feel like you are in Thailand.

Grand Colane makes you feel like you are in Thailand. Lovely place to enjoy the weekend in family and out of the city buzz.
The staff if very friendly, the rooms are supper comfortable. Specially Lorely helped me to book the room and Jenny offered and extra bed for my kids.
Thank you for making us happy! My kids love the pool games.

A fabulous hotel with outstanding staff.

A fabulous, well run hotel overlooks a beautiful beach. The atmosphere here is calm, peaceful, happy and friendly. The hotel is extremely clean and all of the staff are well trained, polite and very helpful, especially Eva, Richelle and Jackie who work tirelessly in the restaurant. The front desk staff are excellent too. This hotel oozes sophistication and calm. Thankyou to all of the staff.
