Very clean and comfortable hotel and their service is superb! Especially the hotel manager, Kristin, very friendly and helpful, and welcome us with gifts even though we arrive during midnight. Our room was well decorated as it’s our honeymoon trip☺️ Very satisfied with our stay here and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Very great location just exit from tuodong metro station exit D, very conveniently take metro from airport to hotel.
Only the bed of the hotel too hard. Abit not comfort the bed. Others are OK. Pool and gym very nice.

It is a short stay so not using a lot of hotel facilities. Only used the hotel swimming pool which is good. Breakfast choices are full of varieties with Western and Chinese styles.
I was most impressed by the service of hotel. As I had issues checking in our flight, Sally, the front desk manager, helped me a lot by calling the airline. She also helped me to get a cab as the cab driver had gone to a wrong entrance. The service of hotel is very good.

Hotel is quite new and the location is very good in the city Centre. The room is very small. Breakfast is very good

Clean and comfortable environment. Receptionist in good service and patience, especially Kerry, Miya and Bella. The helper (I forgot to ask the name) fast reaction and helpful to assist on baggage handling.
