Booked 2 rooms for 4days and 3nights. We asked if we could change the other room which only the same price and we are willing to pay additional charges if ever. The owner called her assistant and when she found that we are filipinos she denied our requests. SUCH A RACIST ACT. No hairdryer in our room, other room has it but not working. Out of the 2 rooms we booked, one room got cleaned during our stay and the other one they didnt.

Thank you for staying. Our kindness has turned into discrimination in your eyes. We are very sad. You booked 2 beds without windows, and we upgraded you to a room with windows for free. Do you think this is discrimination? We planned to change your garbage bags, but the other room was locked, so we could only change the garbage bags in one room. Is this discrimination? Why do we discriminate against Filipinos? We hire a Filipino sister to help us take care of our children and live with us. Is this also discrimination?
