Over rated, over priced and tiny. the floor space is about 3m X 1m for bags and standing only. There is no desk, no chair, a tiny bathroom with a hand held shower but no separate shower as such. No room door key, just a key pad. It has no front desk, and not 24 hours service. The double bed was reasonably comfortable. The building is old, the elevator is ancient and slow. Definitely not worth the room cost and far far below what you can get in Shenzhen for half the price.

Very recommended .. the room is so clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Easy access also to MTR, bus station and shop. I will book again here when we come back to Hong kong. THANK YOU for the wonderful experience ☺️🥰

The hotel is really close from Tsim Sha Tsui station, but the hotel itself is old and not really clean.

May I ask which place feels old? Where is not clean? Is a room that has been newly renovated for about six months also old? Is it not as clean as a mirror every day?

All is ok as expected, small room with small bath room+toilet. Location is good. Only feel that they prefer Chinese guests more. Anyhow, it is worth for money, if you want to stay at Tsim Sha Tsui.
