Size of the room was small but that's normal in Hong Kong, the bathroom was smelly but once we talked to the receptionist they fixed it, we noticed a couple of small cockroaches throughout our over 2 weeks stay so it wasn't that bad. Room service is daily and efficient, and the staff are really nice and helpful, the building might seem intimidating and not the cleanest but the room was good and safe and we don't have anything to complain about, good value for money.

Rich Hostel nightmare.

Filthy and dangerous. Way overpriced, please stay right away, this place is the bottom of the barrel. If you must then go check it before paying. I paid Aus$236 for a shoebox and the next day they are advertising deluxe rooms for Aus$81. If ever a fire were to break out on a lower floor short of jumping, you are doomed. The place is old and a massive honeycombed conglomerate of hundreds of adjoining hostels. After walking out of a non refundable place, I spent the next hour or so finding a decent place to stay during the deep hours of the night.

There is also someone on duty in the early morning, but it is a pity that we booked a 7-square-meter room with a window, but ended up with a 4-square-meter room without a window and no compensation. I can’t live in one room, and I can hardly fit my suitcase. If we recommend booking a 4-square-meter room, we recommend you to buy a room of the wrong type. Insurance (if any), less wasted money

I booked a room with a window, but I went there and said there was no room. If I wanted a window, I would have to pay extra. The room was very small and smelled bad. The location is good, but it's a mess
