Praise to Coco's professionalism

Just want to say that Coco, our floor's cleaner was very polite and efficient in her work. She was kind and had a positive attitude. Enjoyed chatting with her every morning.

Location is ok near Prince Edward Station with many food options nearby.
Bus 21A from the airport stops right in front of the hotel, but the return trip to the airport requires a 10-13 min walk to the Grand Plaza bus stop.
The hotel lobby always seems busy, crowded, and messy with many tourists - it seems a very popular hotel with tour groups. Crowds are also from the restaurant on the second floor.
Rooms are Ok, spacious, comfortable beds, but the carpet throughout the hotel looks well-worn, with stains, and looks dirty, needs to be replaced. The room walls are not soundproof, as conversations next door can be heard, and maybe that's why earplugs are provided.
On the whole, a decent hotel, reasonably priced, well located to stay for a few nights, so I'll probably stay here again.

Very clean, quiet and spacious.
The towels were with high quality. They provided house keeping everyday.

We took the shuttle bus from Guangzhou and it arrived right across the street from the hotel. It is also located just 2 streets away from Prince MTR station.

Unexpectedly warm service and value add, from reception to concierge to housekeeping. Highly recommended.

We arrived late at night in HK via HSR from China. While price was reasonable based on HK standards, I thought it was worth it. On the outside, hotel may look old but the rooms and corridor was very cozy. Mattress was not the best but we had am upgrade as hotel was not at peak capacity then. Location was good with more than 1 char chan teng( HK Cantonese food cafe ) either behind the hotel or across the road. MTR station Prince Edward was just across the road only and hence convenient to go anywhere in HK via MTR. moreover staff was very helpful as they were able to provide chilling services for some cold food we bought. The last present was the best. The assistant at the concierge, while very busy entertaining guests, managed to make arrangements for a larger taxi to pick us up. Highly recommended and will consider returning on my next trip to HK.
