TLDR: decent stay, but there are reasonable criticism I could make. Choosing between here and other alternatives comes down to which aspect u care most.
Firstly, this hotel is conveniently located. 1-2 minutes away from sung wong toi station and also has multiple bus stops nearby. If u want to access Kai Tak and Mong Kok, this is a top tier location.
As for the stay, when I first entered the room, the first impression is that the room is quite small. However, the room looks new and modern, and most importantly, clean! After a while I realised it’s actually quite comfortable to stay. The air-conditioning and the bed both lived up to my expectations.
I’ve seen comments before saying the soundproof was poor and they can even hear vehicle noise. However this hasn’t been the case for me. It’s probably because I’m staying in higher floors. So I recommend ppl to choose the room type to be superior double room which would put u in higher floors. With that being said, u can definitely hear noise from the corridor though. It doesn’t bother me that much so it’s fine for me.
The flaw of the stay came during the shower. The water flow was weak, though still usable (I’ve seen worse), and the water temperature fluctuates - it’s sometimes a bit too hot and sometimes a bit too cold, just can’t maintain the perfect temperature for a minute. It’s still usable, it’s not like it became freezing cold or boiling hot, but like it definitely has much room to improve.
Overall speaking it’s 50-50, and it all comes down to ur preference. If size is ur main concern, go for other bigger hotels. If cleanliness is ur main concern, u wont regret choosing here. If budget is ur main concern, it would be a very competitive option if the price is around the 350-450HKD range.

Very good hotel, room is obviously on the smaller side but it’s Hong Kong so that’s expected. Room was modern, clean and in a great location close to the metro and a few convenience stores. Would happily stay here again if back in Hong Kong

Good location in Kowloon City with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the metro station. It is also not too far from Kai Tak which is another option. I stayed on different floors and different rooms, some are a tad too small and others are very good size. Rooms at front of hotel can be a bit noisey as facing the road, whereas those towards the back are more quiet

Decent hotel for the price. Fuss free and enough if you just want to stay the night at the hotel. We booked here to watch the sevens but turns out it’s not that close to the Kai tak stadium! Should have checked more carefully beforehand but pleasant stay regardless. There are eateries around but location is quite far from everything else so just know before you book!

The room is clean but pretty small especially the bathroom. 
My room was on the lower floor and was a bit noisy b/o the traffic outside.
