真是无语，入住前问了有没有地暖，跟我说有，因为我要洗衣服，准备铺在地上烘干，办理入住再次询问有没有地暖，也跟我说有地暖
等我到了房间，打电话问前台地暖在吗设置。跟我说统一温度
我出门吃完饭回来地面还是凉的，我再次询问。跟我说：地暖没开

虽地处闹市，但一侧靠小马路，里面有个院子，所以还是相当的安静，可以好好休息。停车方便。饭店各个岗位工作人员，从门卫、前台、客房、餐厅，都非常热情。前台主动给升级到贵宾楼，房间宽敞、设施很好。早餐丰富且质量较高。我们晚饭也是在饭店餐厅解决的。

自驾甘南，到合作，就选中这个酒店，这个应该是当地的传统大酒店，其中我们住的贵宾楼比较新的（室内有壁挂氧气机，可以开机，但不工作，前台说还不能用），所以，卫生状况和设施都是很不错，特别应该说，前台小同事（女）都非常友善热情，介绍周边出游的地方。早餐也很不错，品种不少，质量也很好。非常适合自驾，院中停车场足够大。去佛阁和美仁草原都很方便，适当休整，适应高海拔，也可以作为洛克之路的准备出发地。
