After you got angry and cursed, you called and said that the room was noisy, and asked to change the room. The hotel has been fully occupied recently, and no one has ever said that room 308 is noisy outside. I am the owner of the hotel and I went up to see it at the time. The windows and doors in your room are not closed, there must be sound. After I closed it, there was no sound at all. When you finally checked out, the guest room said that you lost a lot of paper in the toilet and it was blocked. Guests of your quality are not welcome in this hotel, please don't come here in the future. What I said above is all true, and I can take responsibility for it. All guests are also welcome to stay in room 308 to experience the real feeling!
