I have lived in Deyuan for several years, and I have been here for about 17 years. At that time, Deyuan felt as warm as home, and the service staff were enthusiastic and responsive. I like the comfortable and quiet accommodation environment in Deyuan, the windows are well lit, the comfortable bed, and the large dressing mirror. However, the current Deyuan is not as good as before. The service staff were indifferent and coped. I have endured it for a long time, such as not cleaning the room for four or five days in a row. For example, once I booked a room four or five days in advance, when I came, he arranged for me to be in room No. 9. I asked her why all the rooms in front of me were empty and gave me the worst room. She said that although you booked a room in advance But you didn't say which room, so I booked it for you with the ceremony, and the vacant ones in front have been booked, and you said they are the boss's guests? ? I said that you can't put me in the ninth room even if you arrange them in order, right? I wanted to check out and still not give me a refund, saying that I had checked out for fifteen minutes and I would not get a refund. I said that I asked their manager to change me to the front room. I didn't send it out before because Deyuan didn't let me book online, and directly gave me the same price of 180 per night as the Internet. Tell me now that the price is back to 200 per night, then I might as well book a room online. Not only is it cheaper, but I can also give you a review and tell you all the disgusting things you have done. When I am easy to bully? In the past, living in Deyuan was comfortable and comfortable, but now living in Deyuan is terrible. Individual service personnel have a grudge against you. There is a waiter without glasses at the front desk who I think has the best service attitude and is responsive to requests. This check-in was also bad. After I came, I found that 402, which I used to live in, was occupied by the waiter. 403 and 405 were vacant, and I was asked to live in 406. Although it was nothing, I always felt targeted! Then there is the bath, the bath water was not hot on the first day, and the shower was broken and repaired all afternoon on the second day. Park the car in the parking lot. If you want to get in the car, you have to get under the railing or ask the front desk to open it for you. Deyuan, are you a sincere and disgusting person? Now I am very disappointed with Deyuan, and I don't know if it is true that Deyuan said that there is no charge for dissatisfaction. It's time to bid farewell, and I will never come again, enough of the disgusting. Little by little, the goodwill I had for Deyuan faded away!

Manager Ma Fengxia has explained to me in time, properly solved my problem, and obtained my understanding! I recognize Manager Ma's service. I hope that such a good and responsible person can serve better in the hotel in the future. It doesn't make things better if someone else doesn't understand the situation. Encountering problems and solving them can make the hotel better
