户外温泉是个大亮点，非常日式露天风吕的感觉，洗护用品也不错，亲子房的榻榻米很大，我们睡了3大2小都刚刚好，对于家庭亲子来讲性价比很高。早餐小而精，温泉水也是纯天然的，需要凉很久，泡完滑溜溜。以后有机会还会再来

位置比较偏远。在小区内部。不太好找。自驾方便。凤城东站打车15一位。大概要30分左右。
六个人入住 所以预定得最大的房间。房间觉得环境还不错 装饰都很用心 阳台还有很多花花草草。房间是两居室改造。客厅放置一张榻榻米可以住六人。 室内的大号泡池也在客厅。 就显得很局促。吃饭都没有正式的餐桌。六个人窝在客厅的沙发茶几 阳台是有一个用餐园桌。做不下加上室外还是有点冷
附近也没有吃饭得地方。还有他家就有餐厅 可以线上叫餐。价格偏贵 可以理解 也可以接受。味道不错 选择品类也蛮多的。不过五点半就结束。我们三点半左右入住。还好有下午饭吃
等 晚上泡汤的时候。设计的bug就出来了。放温泉水大概需要两个半小时才可以。泡池在客厅没有隔断。整个客厅墙壁已经潮湿。像个汗蒸房。
第二天要退房的时候才发现。另一个卫生间的毛巾是这种的。我都搞不清这是抹布还是对客毛巾
建议商家。预定后可以提前客人加你们的管家微。不要像我 司机送到小区门口。还要导航十二号院在哪个幢楼。哪个单元。怎么去前台。两点后才可以入住呀。五点半餐厅又要结束。 是否需要提前订餐等等

非常感谢您的衷肯评价，厅房泡池盛水多温差大会产生水汽，我们做了隔帘但没起到完全封闭作用会尽快改进。客厅茶桌比较小，多位聚餐推荐到餐厅有日式包房。毛巾已查明是服务员误将清洗后没有处理掉染发剂的毛巾当新品摆放了，给您带来的困惑非常抱歉。特别感谢您“管家微”的建议，前台即日开始实施。期待您再次光临！

清明节假期到凤城、丹东一带自驾游，想到来东汤镇泡个温泉体验一下，提前在携程预定的凤城十二号院。酒店位于东汤镇山水颐园小区内，小区环境安静优雅，到店办理入住方恍然大悟，酒店位于12号楼故得名十二号院。酒店房间非常棒，装修得体，现代轻奢风格，第一眼看着就非常喜欢，很宽敞，设施齐全且保持的都很新，床品舒适卫生。干湿分离单独的淋浴间和两个大浴缸，独立的私享庭院，自然清幽，可以室外泡温泉。温泉泡的很爽，4月份的夜晚还是很凉，但只要加以适应后，那种室外泡浴冰火两重天的感觉真是难忘。由于到的比较晚，没有尝到很多入住过的客人提到的美味晚餐甚是遗憾，但是第二天早晨的定食早餐同样吃的很饱，水煮蛋、煮地瓜、玉米面馒头、小包子、杂粮粥、煎带鱼、各种小菜（并不是那种咸到难以下口的咸菜），营养搭配，丰富合理。特别要说前台的大姐人非常好，从入住到第二天退房，都非常贴心、热情认真，亲切没有距离感。这次时间还是短了点儿，望日后能再有机会专门来东汤待上几天，一定还到十二号院，舒服、无拘无束。感谢酒店和前台大姐！

这间房在顶楼 私密性比一楼好 户外泡池挺好 房间干净 洗护用品也很好 送餐到房间吃 菜做的很好吃 非常好的体验 比东汤天沐好很多 还会再来 推荐入住 性价比超高

服务特别热情周到，细心讲解酒店房间设施，房间景色不错，点的房间送餐也挺好吃的，早上睡醒喝一些粥很温暖，酒店有管家服务
