1. On June 7, when I checked in, I was told that the price would increase during the college entrance examination. I said that I didn't tell me when I made the reservation, and I booked it on Ctrip. How can you say that the price will increase when the price increases? The answer is, ";We are like this, and we were like this before."; Then find the person in charge, the waiter called to confirm, and a well-informed person came, saying that the price was not increased for online orders. Although the problem has been solved, the temporary price increase during the college entrance examination period feels impersonal. Or that there is no emotion, not at all. 2. After entering the room, I wanted to connect to WIFI, but I couldn't find any instructions about the password. I called the assistant manager in the lobby and said that there was no password. She said that she had worked in the hotel for 20 years and had never heard of a password. I said, then you can find someone to come and help me take a look. She said she wanted to take the guests to see the room, but she didn't have time. The original words were ";Can't you wait for a minute?";. As a result, I waited for an hour and no one contacted me. In desperation, I called the switchboard and told me that the password was the switchboard number. Both Nanshan Hotel and Furama are famous old stores in Dalian. I didn't expect that the two stores would be so bad after the merger. Shame on Dalian. Room service is still very good, cleaning is timely, and the attitude is also very good. It should be the middle and senior leaders who can't do this.
