Hotel location was convenient as it was close to the railway station and food shops nearby.The hotel stay was superb as the Manager ,a very helpful chap also speak English,upgraded us to a suite.Travelling to the old town was easy using didi ride and we prefer to stay in the city close to the erhai park area.Hotel staff was very pleasant and even gave us a small farewell present.Breakfast was good and a lot of choices.

Bed is comfort & room is clean. Pickup service from train station is good, driver was patient as we could not find the meeting place. 
Would like to suggest adding a manual pot of coffee as the machine was not operating smoothly. Latte was without milk. 
Otherwise comfortable hotel to stay.

Check in and check out was very smooth
Staff members were friendly, helpful, cooperative and professional
One of the staff members went extra miles to help us to get assistance from the kitchen. She is an amazing person with extraordinary client service skills

This hotel was quite good, it was clean, had a good breakfast option and friendly staff. The location is mixed, good in that it is walking distance to the train station, but it is a little bit far away from the attractions in Dali, such as the ancient town. Overall, pretty good!
