酒店地理位置优越，楼下就是小吃一条街，吃住十分方便，酒店有直达电梯，房间略小点，设施还可以，比较干净

I took the metro to reach my hotel 瑞达 hotel. It’s an An old hotel near 观音桥 station but need to walk uphill, which was difficult considering I have to lug a luggage and push through the holiday crowd. True that it has own elevator just at the road side but you need to access a short flight of stairs to reach the very narrow lift, but the stairway was blocked by motorbikes when I was there (weekend plus labour day crowd). Need to deposit of 100RMB needed. will be returned to you after check out. So if you check out very early you risked not having a staff at the counter. First time I need to pay for the mineral water in a China hotel so I boiled my own water.

尊敬的宾客，非常抱歉给你带来不好的体验，首先我们要解释一下，重庆的地形就是山地，没有一展平的，你要到任何一家酒店都是这种路，你说要爬一段楼梯，你是对楼梯有误解吧，我们酒店的专用电梯就在路边，路和电梯就2级台阶，再是我们承载10人800公斤的电梯，被你说成狭窄，门口有电瓶车，是因为送外卖，快递员的车，交警，和我们老板都同意，毕竟大家生活都不容易。你退房时，前台及时退押金100，没有让你等，因为前台24小时都在，吃睡都在前台，你能实时求事吗，房间里付费的都明码标价的，都有免费的，矿泉水是免费的，我们已收到你的反馈，并认真审视了你的评价，我们正在努力改进，我们酒店一直秉承诚信经营，服务至上的原则，非常感谢你的，正因为有你这样诚恳直言的顾客，才会让我们变得越来越好，酒店的发展离不开您这样真诚顾客的支持，希望您再次光临我们酒店，给您也给我们一次改进的机会，一定会给您不一样的体验

it is like our 80' an old hotel. near guang ying qiao station but need to walk uphill, if you are carrying a big luggage, it might be a problem for you. it has own elevator just at the road side, a big signboard outside you will be able to see from far, easy to find. if you want to travel save, it is the place. a deposit of 100RMB needed. will be return after check out with returning card.

房间设施不错，已经市是第二次入住了，服务员还是那么热情，尤其是交通条件很便利，有自己得专用电梯，不用和整个楼栋去挤电梯，楼下新开了一个好吃街，想吃美食得朋友们更有口福了。房间价位适中，值得入住，下次还来。
