rating : 8.5/10
room is well cleaned, concierge is friendly and helpful, bed is comfortable, subway is right in front of the building. it's suitable for group of friends or family, we had a great stay!
however, the location is hard to find due to no noticeable signage at the exterior of the building, we took a long time searching for the entrance under scorching sun (36°C). finally found the lift to go up only to find out the lobby is located at a different block.
despite all these i would still come back for the comfortable stay and location :)

The hotel room is new, clean, and very kid-friendly. The kids stayed entertained while resting in the room.

Very cozy and clean place but might be squeezy for 6, I came with a family of 4. This hotel is located inside a condominium complex with a metro exit right beside. Requires Wechat (微信) to communicate with the staff who are very efficient in replying. The only issue we faced was not having a closet to hang our clothes, which resulted us to improvising and hanging our clothes on the staircase handles/door handles/wherever we could find. Also we have to take a lift/climb the stairs to L2 in order to access the apartment, and the lift is quite hidden so do ask around and don't be like us carrying the heavy luggages up the stairs.

The accommodation is good, the only weakness is quite many mosquitoes but not sure is it because of the weather. Overall is good, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

This hotel in a residential building is divided into several blocks, and guests bring pets to their rooms. It's a nightmare for non-pet lovers! 😫 #Hotel #Pets #Nightmare #Complaint #Travel
