酒店在白马井镇，对骑行者很友好，有电梯，楼下吃的地方很多。酒店房间性价比很高，前台服务很好，还帮我缝补了包，值得推荐

服务真的没的说！前台美女真的挺好！就这一点好！楼下马路修路！应该很长时间了？早上7点就开始哐哐的！被吵醒的！窗户不隔音！好像就在耳边！卫生真的差！全是灰！出来这么多天住了几十个酒店！这是最差的了！图片自己看吧！镜子和淋浴的玻璃都是水渍，根本感觉就没擦过！澡都没洗！感觉太脏！屋里空调根本就不能用！空调开不了！半夜冻醒2次！这一宿根本没怎么睡踏实！虽然价格不贵！但是我觉得既然做宾馆酒店，卫生一定弄好！这真是让我挺无语！

想要入住此酒店的请看完我发生的事后谨慎考虑吧。晚上十点办理入住当时并没有上去房间 吃完饭凌晨两点回到酒店后发现房门是打开的 重点是办入住时并没有告知房门是打开的 就是办理完入住的时间里谁都可以进去这个房间 下楼跟前台反应情况 跟我说他们酒店所有房间打扫完后就会一直开门直到有客人入住 那中间的时段如果有闲杂人等进去过房间那该如何处理呢？后续要求更换房间 和我说没房更换 只有其他房型了要补差价 你们酒店自身的问题还要求我补差价？那我要求取消订单 前台拒绝 连房间最起码的隐私性和安全性都没法保障的酒店不知道是如何管理的 后面要求经理出来 也是说 我们酒店就是这样的 还反咬我们找借口理由要退房 一直避开房门这个问题 并质问我们为什么办理入住后不上去房间看？ 很搞笑 为什么在办理入住时不告知情况 而是我后面查看后才告诉我 后面戴眼镜的应该是男老板出来 也是态度恶劣大声吼叫 说我们没事找事 说退是不可能给你退的 他住的所有酒店都是房门打开的 简直把我笑到了 后面还是平台给我退款才解决此事 最最最恶心的事 我们换酒店入住要求店家把我们的身份证退出公安系统 女经理答应了说会退 等到我们到了下一家酒店后平台打电话给我说 酒店要取消订单后才给退身份证件 ？？？ 早要求取消订单的时候你们干嘛了 还是想取消订单害怕我把这件事点评出来？挺心机的 女经理和男老板一直在推卸责任避开房门打开这个问题 并质问和责怪顾客问什么办理入住后不去看房间 可笑 你们酒店是有义务告知我们房门这个情况的 为什么你们不提前告知顾客这个情况呢？ 那条街上的酒店还挺多的 这家就谨慎选择吧！

点完差评后酒店方不知以什么形式查询到其登记身份证的家人联系方式 有点威胁并表明已到身份证上的地址 让其家人联系我 为了自己和家人的隐私安全不被泄漏 请谨慎选择此酒店

推荐入住 酒店边上就是当地美食 儋州 有历史沉淀的地方 可以去儋州城里那大镇 逛逛北部湾海边 走上洋浦大桥 大桥下的公园

我本不喜欢给别人差评的 因为现在做生意都不容易 这次我非常生气 我入住酒店后从美团买了东西 结果外卖员直接上楼砸门砰砰砰‼️而不是敲门 我就打电话负责人他既然说这边的酒店都是这样的外卖员可以直接上楼的 这样的回复我很不理解 还有刚进入房间就看到桌子上掉的墙皮 如果不是砸门那件事我也就算了不想给差评的
