Pleasant experience and surprised

I was truly surprised; it is a very economical hotel but really luxurious. Incredible rooms, very cordial and attentive staff. A 5-star buffet breakfast. Everything is excellent!!!

Misleading propaganda

We made a reservation of a suite and we stayed in a tiny room, the bathroom barely allowed to move, the cleanliness of the room very much to be desired, left few towels, dirty glasses, I had to go to the reception twice complain so that they could be changed, and when I asked for the correct suite said q we had not had luck, so we stayed in a tiny room. Very bad reception, I do not recommend, in the photos one thing on the site is actually another totally inferior

Very friendly staffs,
cleaning lady did excellent job to clean the room in indetails.
Swimming pool/Spa is not as well mainteaned.

Picture tells a different story

We were on the 7th floor. It was a dump. Looked like a prison block. Room was ok, clean etc, but needed a good paint, some were peeling off. Resteraunt and breakfast room and food was good

Horrible not recommend

The truth was awful.
I went on vacation.
At reception we were treated very badly, throughout the stay.
The icy pool.
The horrible room lacks decoration and plugs.
The wicked wifi.
The cleanliness is deplorable, there were days that cleaned the room well and days that left us trash.
The bathroom has no ventilation or extraction.
I really don't recommend this place at all.
It's not worth paying what it's worth.
