Great location near lakeshore, city park and restaurants; great view of Volcan Villaricca from the rooftop. Friendly staff in restaurant and front desk.

The worst in Pucón.

The worst experience we could have with my mother and daughter.
Very bad bed, worse pillows, horrible breakfast, and to make matters worse, they don't have a generator.
We had bad weather and there was a power outage in Pucón, but like in any place where you are paying, you need the basics like water and electricity, which the hotel did not have; it was the only one in Pucón that did not have a generator.
They left us without light and water, giving only poor excuses; the general manager sent my mother to sleep at the health center since she depends on a machine to sleep.
One day we had no water even for the toilet tank; terrible service.
Do not go there now.

Bad.

Poor breakfast.....economy to the maximum..hard egg, industrial jam, supermarket quequeque.

Very good hotel, difficult to seat up time for cleaning the room that needs to be asked for, nobody goes and cleans the room automatically

Well located and beautiful hotel!

New hotel, very beautiful! We love the decoration!
Spacious and cozy room with a beautiful view of the Villarica volcano!
Good breakfast! And if you need to leave before schedule they make a lunch box!
Careful employees! Very good location!!!
We really liked the experience.
