Excellent value

For us this Apart Hotel was perfect, we had a double bedroom with en suite, a well equipped kitchenette with microwave, kettle and two ring gas hob, and a living and dining area, ideal for self catering. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent and our balcony had brilliant views of the volcano. We did have wifi in our room but it was not that reliable.

Annoying noises that do not allow to rest in the hotel.

Not a good place to rest in it. It forces you out in the day.
Industrial equipment or fan next to room 302 emitting unpleasant noise (do not reserve)
A few minutes ago 01:30 hr (early morning) drill noise.

Great

Great location! we arrived with bus from valaparaiso it's just a couple of blocks from there, they let us check in earlier than we supposed to! Just great! The room was big and clean also the bathroom was great, Wi-Fi worked most of the time , we stayed at the fifth floor was a little noise from street, but nothing annoying for us, we stayed 4 nights the hotel breakfast was awesome since u eat at "De la p " just around the corner, the personal was friendly and kind

Great Location at Center of Town

This is a fairly small hotel. The rooms are clean. The rooms could use some new paint and decor. The hotel is quiet. We found the outside noise to be bearable. Our room had a separate bedroom. There is a kitchenette with a good fridge and stove, no oven. Service is fine.
The charm is being in the center of town. Lot's of stores, wonderful restaurants. There is a grocery store very close by. We like to stay places for several weeks so such amenities are helpful.

Comfortable room in heart of town, limited Wi-Fi

We booked this place because it was supposed to have Wi-Fi in the room but it didn't work. We had to go to a common lounge area at the end of the hall to use the Wi-Fi.
The location is right in the heart of town. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tour companies. A nicely equipped kitchen so you can cook your own meals when you want. Comfortable room. Decent size room. Overall decent value for money.
