GREAT PLACE!!!
We went for 1 week with my family, the cabin we took was for 8 people. The place in short is spectacular. Upon entering the cabin everything was in order, clean, with equipped kitchen, well maintained, even with kitchen towels and absorbing towel. Beds with impeccable white bedding, soft and clean. The bathroom is very comfortable and includes soap and toilet paper. It includes maid service day by means, which makes everything very nice and easy. The environment and atmosphere is BRUTALLY BEAUTIFUL. It's what makes the place unique. And the reason we'd come back a thousand times. The surroundings are surrounded by trees, pastures, very spacious, some cabins are close to each other, but you don't even run into people as the place is very spacious. Ideal for walking and walking and clearing. It also has a path to the Trancura River which is BEAUTIFUL, we went like 3 times to wet our feet and enjoy the view, which is really nice. It also has games for children and ample atmosphere to tour or play. The service and communication is EXCELLENT, all very friendly and attentive. The place is 15 min approx from the center of Pucón, quite close. In short, it is a beautiful and privileged place that is worth it. The only details I would say is that the pool is a little small for the place, one of the pieces had no door, only an ambient separator or curtain, and the wood of the closet of the 2nd floor 2-bed room was a little unkempt. Beyond that, which would be infinite details, all excellent. We loved everything and would come back happy!!!
BONUS: The place inhabits 2 very loving and quiet dogs, who visit and accompany you from time to time, which makes the place 10/10 :D

UNHEALTHY. Mouse Fecas in the rooms
I have been vacationing in Metreñehue Park for many years. WHAT happened to me this year, it has no name.
On November 25, 2025 I made reservation #10095389 for 7 nights in cabin for 7 people with prepaid (Check-In: 01/02/2026 and Check-Out: 08/02/2026) in Parque Metreñehue
Upon our arrival on 01/02/26 we requested to be placed in a cabin of greater capacity for the first 3 nights (which was available), so we were required to pay in advance an additional $20,000 per day which was done on 02.02.26 by bank transfer and therefore I have not received the corresponding ballot. In that cabin they heard all night gnawing and squealing mice on the second floor (the owner says it's a bird's nest)
On Wednesday, February 4, we were transferred to the 7 person cabin, as scheduled, however we had to abruptly leave it because abundant mouse feces were found in the closet of the bedroom on the second floor, where the children would sleep. This constitutes HANTA risk. The owner says they are not mouse but from BATTLE!!!!!!
I requested, at a minimum, reimbursement for unused days but the owner withholds 138 thousand pesos because a child would have urinated on a bedcover (which is not effective) and must replenish it because it cannot be cleaned.

Place of choice to stay near Pucón
Excellent quality cabins, perfectly equipped, in an unbeatable geographical environment, park, pool, individual grills, native forest, river, volcano, finally, place of privilege, and with the warm attention of Carolina. Fully recommended.

Very Good
I stayed at one of the 3 bedroom cottages here. They all have a fireplace and lots of blankets for the cool nights. But when the sun is out they warm up pretty decently and the house tends to be hot in the evenings. Other than that it’s beautiful. 2 house dogs, very friendly but have been known to bark at night. Full kitchen and outdoor barbecue. Quiet Forrest setting but a 5 minute walk to a river on the property edge. Good location. Overall a great place and I would stay here again.

Wonderful host, very helpful with recommendations for the area. Comfortable room. Best breakfast buffet we had in Chile. I would stay here again.
