A must-see fact

Very friendly welcome from Loreto, the owner.
Charming house, magnificent trees, especially the imposing fig tree, so leafy and aromatic.
Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Very nice the pool sector.
The ultra nec plus: breakfast.

Beware of bad customer service

Made this booking via credit card on booking.com and it had free cancellation until March 29th. On march 3rd I receive a WhatsApp from Loreto at the hotel to say I must wire transfer the full balance immediately in order to keep the reservation. It was 2am in my location and I told her I would try to do it the following week but she kept insisting for the money. I told her I did not feel comfortable as it did not match the terms of my booking with booking.com and she told me I would be travelling during busy dates and there would be no alternative for me. Luckily I immediately found something else which actually seems nicer and I’m positive we will be treated better. Terrible customer service from Entre Viñas

The Most Amazing & The Most Memorable Stay *****Beautiful!

It has been almost a year since we visited this little oasis, but it's the most thought about place we stayed during our 15 days in Chile. I'm not sure why there are not more reviews as this was such a find! But of course, it wasn't just the beautiful and authentic hacienda and gardens....... it was Loreto that we fell in love with. She was so accommodating and gracious to our every need. We were left speechless. The "breakfast" she serves would put any five star restaurant to shame. There were only 4 of us, but there were enough freshly made crepes, custards, fruit & pastries for 12 people. We kept telling Loreto there was no way we could eat all the food. It was such a beautiful presentation. I can still hear the music she was playing at breakfast and wished I knew the artist. It was probably one of the top 10 breakfasts we've ever had during our travels and the #1 Breakfast we had in Chile. Our room was spotless and very comfortable and the room rate was very reasonable.
The hotel is located near several large vineyards making it a very convenient location.
Like the other reviews said, the hotel can be a little difficult to find; so be sure and call Loreto. Our Spanish was very rusty but we managed. Again, you won't be disappointed. I just can't say enough about this lovely hotel and Loreto. We felt like we were leaving a family member behind. Thank you so much Loreto for your hospitality and kindness. We can't wait to visit again.

Perfect service at a wonderful place

We had a great stay at Hotel Entre Vinas in December 2016. We were the only guests and could use the lovely house as it was ours. The host were very helpful and kind. The rooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortabel. The home, the hotel, is very nicely deorated. Ofcourse we have to mention the breakfast - it was a delicious buffet with everything you can wish for. The garden is nice even if it is very close to the road and therefore a bit noisy. We had difficulties to find the hotel because of no signs but when we found it was worth asking and looking for. You need a car (or go by taxi) since it is away from restaurants.
