Disappointed

I was very disappointed with my experience.
I made my reservation on Thursday and received a confirmation. We came for lunch to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and I had made one simple request—a small “Happy Birthday” message or gesture.
Unfortunately, nothing was prepared. I even reminded the staff while we were there, but no one acknowledged my request or even bothered to respond. It was extremely disappointing.
The hotel is beautiful, and the venue itself has great potential. However, the staff clearly need better training in hospitality, attention to detail, and guest care. Small gestures make a huge difference, especially when guests are celebrating a special occasion.
There was absolutely no “wow” factor. The food was average, and the overall experience did not justify the expectations.
Sadly, I won’t be returning—at least not for a very long time.

Superb

I had a wonderful stay at Raffles Doha. The hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with stunning architecture, elegant interiors, and exceptional attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.
One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible pool area, which offered a relaxing and exclusive atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the hotel’s beautiful surroundings and luxurious ambiance.
The service was outstanding, with the staff providing warm, professional, and personalized hospitality throughout my stay. From the dining experiences to the overall facilities, every detail reflected the high standards of the Raffles brand.
