Enjoyable stay

The hotel offered a truly welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The suites and rooms were impressively spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful stay. From both the room and balcony, the view was delightful. Toiletries were of excellent quality and generously provided, and hygiene standards throughout the property were impeccable.
Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and dining at Al Sufra by Mama Halima was equally memorable. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently helpful and professional, making us feel well cared for. A special mention goes to Hamza, whose dedication and thoughtful attention went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and relaxing.
The sound proof in rooms was lacking /needed enhancement.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.
I would especially like to thank Hamza for his exceptional service and support throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to help us and made our experience even more enjoyable. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication are truly appreciated.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
