I am very impressed
"wonderful hotel with a great location! The rooms are clean, fully equipped, and feature wonderful amenities. Every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly, starting from the moment we walked in. Jane and Tarek at the reception desk made check-in seamless, and Faisal handled our luggage with great care. Special thanks also to Puii the manager, for ensuring such a wonderful stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful indoor swimming pool and fitness
The food and beverages were delicious and very fairly priced. khalid and Minnie was very accommodating,Thank you all for the warm welcome back to West Bay—we will absolutely be returning again!"

An absolutely amazing experience all round. Check in was smooth and the man who checked us in was informative and welcoming. We informed about the hotel amenities immediately after check in.
The room was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods, some of which varied each day. The chef and assistant chef were also so accommodating, checking if we wanted more or any food item.
The location was also excellent in walking distance of the West Bay. I would love to stay again.

Wonderful Breakfast buffet
We always enjoy our daily breakfast buffet at the Thai kitchen at the hotel. Lots of food options on the menu. Tamin, Diya, and Desmun are always available to serve us whatever we need. It’s always an experience we look up to every morning.

Relaxing weekend
I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The genuine smiles and friendly service from the entrance, front desk was assisted us by Ms Sukana and Jony , Thai Kitchen, and Cenfit reception were truly impressive. The food was delicious, and the pool was perfect for a relaxing weekend . We had such a wonderful experience!
