Fantastic Stay and Reading Trip Advisor Reviews Never Disappointed
Before heading to an event, we had dinner at the River restaurant. I ordered the River Room Burger with a Greek salad and a cocktail to unwind, and the burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. It was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The pizza was good, although it could have used a little more seasoning. The riverfront views made for a relaxing dinner, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The next morning, we appreciated the courteous breakfast staff at the River Restaurant. Guests can choose either the continental breakfast or order from the menu, which is a nice option.
We also enjoyed spending time in the warm indoor pool.
After checkout, I called and asked to speak with the General Manager regarding a small misunderstanding about the breakfast service at the River Restaurant. He returned my call promptly, listened to my concerns, and resolved the situation. I appreciated the follow-up and the way it was handled. It showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and left us with a very positive impression.
A tip for future guests: check in before parking. The front desk will provide a pass for the attached parking garage behind the hotel (one-way street). You can access the hotel from the third floor of the garage through a secure entrance using your room key.
Thank you to the entire team at DoubleTree for a great stay. It may have been a short visit, but we truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to staying again. Looking forward to coming back in September for a sort weekend getaway!

I put two waters and a Gatorade to the room, at the front desk
We ate breakfast (2 people) that was included with the reservation,
I checked today and there is a POSTED charge to my card for just over $100, $101.53, from the restaurant, I never gave anyone my card there
Along with a separate POSTED charge from the hotel for $7.58.
I was told when I checked out that the three drinks bought at the front desk would be deducted from my $100 deposit, and that would be the only posted charged.
This needs to be addressed immediately and the appropriate amount posted, it I'll just dispute the entire amount with Capital One
