Parking and driving instructions not clear and incorrect. Hair in bathtub and sink had debris on the side. Toaster needed to be cleaned a it looked like it was just used. No laundry detergent was available. TV remote instructions were very unclear and did not seem to work so did not use in living room or bedroom.

Finding the property was extremely difficult as the only correspondence I had talked about Gibbons Life Accomodation, this cannot be found in whistler. After an hour searching and asking several businesses in town they indicated that it could be Carleton. No reception and no where to park, then went to Longhorn to ask. Joe filled me in where parking would be found and access to room.
Finally entered the room and it was wonderful, later when night came tried to watch TV in lounge but couldn't navigate around channels, although did follow the book. Tried the bedroom one and it had no signal. Followed up with an email to info@carleton was told they did not control this unit and I would need to follow up with who I booked it with. Didn't go down that rabbit hole. Toaster only cooked 1 side of the bread, how strange.
Apart from all this the accomodation wss excellent with the nicest views you could get oit of a window.
Please give visitors more detailed information to avoid all the hassles I had.
Name of property, where to park and where to catch up with someone face to face to resolve any issues.

Location and accommodations first rate. There was no staff on premises and only certain rooms have a balcony. Also, the facility didn’t have a pool or jacuzzi to jump in after a nice day of skiing. If these amenities are important to you look elsewhere. Otherwise, a great stay in a well equipped condo.

Great option to stay next to Gondola.
Beautiful views, not noisy even if you are in the middle of night parties

Location is great as directly across from the Whistler and Blackcomb lifts; however, the unit is directly above Longhorns club and is very noisy until late. Other reviews don't mention the club, if you're a family I'd stay elsewhere. Gibbons does supply ear plugs.
