It is a budget motel next to highway 17. We were driving a 26 ft Uhaul with and autotrailer and it was perfect as there was an entrance and and exit allowing us to park and pull through. Breakfast is very limited. The room was clean and we slept well. We chose it because there was almost nothing available in Dryden and Kenora. What was available was way too expensive but the Northside Motel was reasonable.

The room - in the middle of nowhere practical.
The room was old and smelly
The windows allow mosquitoes inside( a lot ) They need repair
The curtains don’t cover the windows
If you want ice from the normal motel machine they charge 3$
Breakfast is Cheerios and flakes and fruit loops for kids and stale.
The toast was breaking up before toasting
The coffee was watered down
I will never ever choose this terrible place again

A nice little spot with comfy beds for the night. Booked the family suite and there was no dish soap, the dehumidifier was full and when emptied the basin was full of mildew. The smart TV was missing its cord, setting up the source was difficult as well. The dust factor on the toaster was next level but at first sight, the place did it's job.

Room was very clean. It even had a cot in the room without asking, full table and chairs along with kitchen to have a home cooked meal on the road.
