Great location, comfortable beds. Terrible Internet —fortunately I did not need to use it.
Having a room with a kitchen, certainly helps for those of us who do not want to eat a big restaurant breakfast!

Staff were great. Room was clean and average. EV Charging was problematic. Rooms could use an update. There were a few dark stains in the carpet and very little support left in the couch.

Excellent location with easy walk to restaurants and bars. Room was very nice. Did not use the amenities other than parking

We were upgraded to an excellent room on the 17th floor with superb views of downtown Vancouver, The central location of the hotel meant that we could walk to many of the attractions,
