Great service and Location.
Really great bed.
Had a great lunch and service at the steak resto in the lobby.
The pool is a bit sad but still happy to have access to the pool. Perhaps more lighting would be great down there.

The room was very clean and staff were helpful. The price was insanely high for the quality of the room. The shower valves are not pressure balanced so the temperature fluctuates, sometimes significantly, while you are showering. The rooms are very dated.

From our room we had, an amazing view of downtown and a peekaboo view of English Bay. Food was great for breakfast in the restaurant. Nice to have A/C

Room and breakfast were very good, but the pool and “sauna” looks nothing like the photos.
Pool was cold and dingy whereas it is supposed to be heated and bright. The sauna was a small, mouldy steam room in the men’s/women’s changing rooms.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Disappointed the advertised spa consisted of a pool, ..... sauna was not available.
