There are parking garages close by, amazing location, staff was so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Staff was exceptional. They helped in finding parking. Managed our luggage. Pointed out a wonderful pastry shop.

I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean and the customer service was good.
At check-in, we encountered an issue with the door lock in our room. While this was inconvenient and unfortunately persisted during our stay, the staff handled the situation professionally and were consistently attentive. They ultimately offered a partial rebate, which we appreciated.
Despite the inconvenience, the quality of service from the staff made a positive difference in our experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider returning in the future thanks to the supportive and courteous team.

It's a well-located place in downtown Toronto, but better suited if you don't want to spend much time inside the hotel and instead want to take advantage of being close to all of Toronto's urban life.
