location is awesome

I was fortunate enough to attend a conference that took place in the Sheraton Hotel. It was in excellent location and One Stop Shop for everything we needed. I loved exploring the PATH as well. The hotel was very well laid out it was Modern and had everything that was needed for our stay there. The view from my room was excellent very close to the Eaton Center and Nathan Phillips Square so got to get my steps in and wander around the city a little. I did not use the pool but I could see it from my room.

Do not go there horrible service

Service is horrible too many homeless and druggies wondering in the lobby overpriced drinks at the bar and security wonders around harassing clients

Very good location, Downtown Toronto. We enjoyed the pool. Too bad the fridge in our room did not work. Good breakfast! This is an older hotel, but well kept😀

Great amenities and first class service

First time at Sheraton but i have to say it has been exceptional at this hotel!Great central location in Toronto with Tower , old town ,Union staton and harbour 15 or 20 minute walk away . Outdoor Pool facilities and Gym are excellent, yes it does get busy but that’s because it’s a great pool with great facilities for exercise , sun exposure or just to relax with a drink in the shade ! finally i have to add a mention to the exceptional staff at reception ( Marc and also Stephen ) who were very helpful and polite and professional at all times with any query or questions my family asked ! Our Room was spacious on 25th floor with great views looking at Tower ! Room cleaning staff ( Annette?) was always on hand to clean room to a high standard and was always very polite and gracious! Excellent stay and hopefully we’ll be back but couldn’t praise staff at this great hotel any more ! Wonderful Stay in Toronto and i highly recommend this hotel !

Fantastic club lounge

Good central location. Incredibly busy hotel - the lobby always seems to be hectic. We stayed in a 1 bedroom premium suite - very comfortable bed, however disliked the tiny bathroom and the lack of space to manoeuvre past the sofa bed when it was made up - good luck not hitting your knee caps ! The club lounge is fabulous - modern and spacious, with generous breakfast options and evening canapés. Lovely pool area however can be difficult to find a free sun lounger. Most staff were friendly and helpful except for the female on reception at check in who was not very pleasant or welcoming (unlike her colleagues at adjacent desks ).
