Wonderful Hotel In Downtown Toronto With Amazing Service
This is a beautiful property located in downtown Toronto directly across the street from Nathan Phillips Square and City Hall. The hotel is clean, well maintained and elegantly furnished. I booked a complimentary two-night stay at this hotel. We arrived at 10:00 am so I went to the front desk to inquire about luggage storage until check-in time. An associate named Fariba not only allowed us to check in six hours early, but also upgraded our standard king room to a suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable with south facing windows that gave us great views of the CN Tower. The executive lounge on the 43rd floor offered amazing views of the city in addition to the complimentary breakfast each morning and hors d'oeuvres every evening. The staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Toronto.

Do not go there horrible service
Service is horrible too many homeless and druggies wondering in the lobby overpriced drinks at the bar and security wonders around harassing clients

location is awesome
I was fortunate enough to attend a conference that took place in the Sheraton Hotel. It was in excellent location and One Stop Shop for everything we needed. I loved exploring the PATH as well. The hotel was very well laid out it was Modern and had everything that was needed for our stay there. The view from my room was excellent very close to the Eaton Center and Nathan Phillips Square so got to get my steps in and wander around the city a little. I did not use the pool but I could see it from my room.

Disappointing. All of the eating places are in the lobby with noisy people passing by dragging luggage or in bathing suits. No quiet place to enjoy a dinner; we ate out every meal including breakfast. The pluses are its location and the outdoor swimming pool in a hotel in downtown Toronto. Expected more from a Sheraton hotel.
