Only one night booked with Booking with satisfaction.

Night from 22 to 23 June 2025 in room #201. We paid $112.55 plus taxes for a total of $133.49, which was reasonable considering the date and for Thunder Bay. Our room was very good. It seems to me that breakfast was not included and there was coffee offered in the dining room. It's up to you to check. We could wash laundry. The dryer cost $1.00 and I think the price was also economical for the washer. There was coffee in the room. Booking was cheaper than Wyndham. We recommend this hotel. We have about twenty photos including one of the Booking and the final receipt of the total price.

Not bad

It was a fine stay. Just wished they had an elevator. I had to have the front desk clerk help me carry stuff up to my room as I have some disabilities and couldn’t carry my heavier items. Everyone was friendly and the free waffles and continental breakfast was an added treat. There were a few little cleaning issues, like mold around the bathtub, broken tiles that trap dirt, but overall, not a bad place to stay. Next time I will book a first floor room.

100% BEST of the BEST‼️

UNREAL!! The BEST of the BEST‼️
Everything that we needed and wanted‼️
We arrived sopping wet from a long motorcycle ride in pouring rain.
We wanted a hot tub and they had it… and in a gorgeous room with a pool, pool table and games!
We did NOT want to go back out in the rain, on a motorcycle for dinner… and they had a nice restaurant/ bar! Super kind people and an EXCELLENT made drink by Zack.
We HAD to wash and dry all our sopping wet clothes… and they put us right next to guest laundry!
Beautiful, nice, clean room.
Breakfast included a pot of freshly made oatmeal, and freshly made yogurt with so many toppings that most hotels do not have.
Extremely easy to get to and amazing price‼️

There are two floors at this hotel and I was hoping to have a room on the ground floor because I am disabled and have a hard time with stairs. The price was higher for the ground floor and I need to watch my budget. I asked the front desk about it and was told that the rooms were the same but the price is higher for the ground floor. I expressed my concerns regarding this saying that I was not happy that someone with a disability has to pay more for an accessible room, especially since there was nothing which was upgraded or better between the two rooms. This definitely should be addressed with the company.
