Spacious modern room, comfortable bed and great bathroom/shower. Breakfast room was lovely with a delicious selection of food and coffee.

The breakfast was skimpy. Bacon only came out if you asked for it. I waited 20 minutes to get a couple of burnt pieces. Eggs were disgusting, wet, watery, and altogether nasty. No one was eating them. I had to ask to get the Apple juice refilled. Spit out water but no apple.
There just was no one looking after things. Not the breakfast I expect from holiday inn.
Even the fruit was horribly overripe, squishy!

Careless

Let me start with saying I am a Platinum Exoedia Traveler, who books over 40 stays per year for family vacations. I booked at this hotel a week ago for a quick wknd get away from Minneapolis. I realized the following day that we could not find my daughter's birth certificate, which made travel ro Canada impossible. I contacted Expedia directly, who contacted the property, and they refused to refund the money. Granted, I booked a non refundable room...but I have had conflicts with other hotels, who were more than happy to bend their policy for extenuating circumstances. I am appealed that a hotel would hold this policy, when travel is impossible to the hotel. I contacted the hotel directly 4 times via e-mail, and they never returned a message. Apparently collecting $325 is more important to them than actually working with a traveler who is having issues. I will never stay here or any.Hampton Inn again. As far as customer service goes...this place is a failure.

Small hotel and very small pool.
We were put in an accessible room w a bed wedged against a wall. Pillows were way over filled so happy we brought our own.
Breakfast was delicious and service was great.

Was a great stay! Great location for getting around the city! Note for people wanting to stay here, there is no hot tub .. we had brought suits thinking it would be nice to sit in the evenings. Not a huge deal breaker as the rest of the stay was great! Will be staying again as the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was included. The room is spacious, lots of plug ins. Bathroom is nice with plenty of storage.
