Great Hotel With Superb Staff Service

It was our second time staying at this Delta hotel and the service was just as amazing as the first time. I must recognize the hospitality from the front desk agents that worked the evening of May 30th who went above and beyond to fulfill my request even with the limited resources they had. The hotel itself is upscale and sleep for Thunder Bay and really stands out among its competitors.
As a titanium member I was graciously upgraded to a bigger room facing the Sleeping Giant, granted access to the elite pantry and was provided a 4PM late check out.
Additionally, after checking in, we were very surprised to find a Persian roll compliments of the hotel. It was very yummy!
We look forward to a future stay here as this may be our only preferred option on future visits to our family members.

Room and staff were great, shower was big and overall room was clean and comfortable. Only nit pick was room service came in take out containers and was soggy and had those crappy wooden forks. But hey at least they have it.
View was also amazing and walking the docks nearby is highly recommended. Would also recommend just going to restaurant to sit down.

Restaurant was poor service and the menu items were not available and very expensive for what we got. Room was clean but ask for water facing room. You can hear the trains running all night on the rooms on the other side. I’ve stayed at the Delta in Toronto and it is far superior than this Delta. Not worth the high rate per night.

The staff was very accommodating and helped with an early check in. The room was well appointed and clean. Finding parking can be a challenge but on a Sunday night it’s super easy.

Wonderful hotel!

We just stayed 3 nights for the first time and found this to be such a happy, uplifting hotel. The service is outstanding and friendly. The rooms modern and clean. There’s a little fridge in the room and walk in showers. I do appreciate a Keurig, so had to learn how to use the Nespresso in the rooms. Not my fav.
The bar / restaurant is really the highlight. Floor to ceiling windows provide a beautiful ore of the lake. We ate and drank there. The smash burger was the best I’ve ever had. Seriously delish!
We will be back!
