This property was a delightful experience. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, quiet and provided everything you needed in a stay. It was also a pleasure to support small business. I would definitely stay here again.

Old motel room. Used to be a smoking room and you could still smell the stale smoke from years past. Room is now non-smoking with a fine if you smoke in room. Not sure how you would tell. People in next room stood at doorway and smoked so not sure if that is ok.
Good bed and good shower head were a nice surprise.
Room was clean, bathroom could be better cleaned.
Biggest problem was there was no heat. Turned up temperature but no heat for 2 days. It was a rainy and cool couple of days and heat would have been nice. We got into room late at night after office was closed so never did ask them about it.

Filthy motel. Inaccurate description and other reviews posted.

This is my first lodging review but felt compelled to write. This motel is terribly dirty and not cared for. Every surface including walls, floors, lights etc. is filthy, sheets are stained, food waste, random socks, and used soap in rooms. TV didn’t work in one room. Spent 1 night with other families and youth. The owner encouraged me to cancel my Expedia reservation and just book with him. Maybe so I couldn’t write a review on Expedia?
Indicated to motel owner that the rooms were dirty and requested a discount. There were no other accommodations in town available for the night. He was abrupt and made no effort to rectify the situation. The photos online are not accurate and this motel should be avoided. This is a terribly run business.

Chosen due to the price.
Rooms had grit on the floors and cobwebs all around ceiling. One bathroom towel smelt of cigarettes, front doormat smelt of wet dog. It’s a run down place.
Pros- The price was right. Beds were comfy.

I stayed at the lodge for 1 week of work. Seeing as the other hotels in town were almost double the price I chose this place. Overall you get what you pay for but it worked great for me. I prepped food and brought a lot with me to last the week. Only recomndaitng would
