We arrived late and the staff still made sure that we got a chance to enjoy a drink by the fire and provided a bed, bowls and treats for our pups.

Lovely hotel with good facilities and clean rooms.
Staff are lovely and helpful but could do with some help- they were very busy and multi-tasking.
Good, flexible accommodation options including a flat style annex with 4 bunk beds and two doubles.
Great hot tub and nice cafe bar.
Easy access to the road and excellent dining options including town.

Right next to the railroad and highway and noisy trains and traffic were very audible throughout the night. The hotel gives you earplugs as a solution.

The whole experience at this hotel was delightful! The rooms are newly renovated and in spotless condition, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms have a European feel to them and had everything you needed, including lots of charging outlets and even bathrobes!
I highly recommend this hotel!

While the rooms are small they are comfortable, and had what we needed for our one night stay. We appreciated the little seating area in the back by the hot tub, it was a nice place to sit in the sun and have a drink after a long drive. Staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations and directions to the DT area.
