Not a single negative thing to say about our stay

Affordable, spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. On-site, free, comprehensive breakfast and other dining available, (West 67 - on site). Swimming pool, hot tub, spa, gym, sauna, business center and WIFI. Superior hospitality staff made our stay enjoyable. Although the hotel was completely booked, the noise level was good and everything was comfortable. A great place for business, family time, or couples get away. (Pool area was too busy to be able to take / add photos).

***DISGUSTING-AVOID***
Checked in here late at night after driving all day with two young kids. Arrived at our room and immediately noticed a long black hair on the pillow. Pulled back the bedding and noticed the sheets were FULL of stains and hair (see photos.) Absolutely disgusting. The front desk gave us another room (had to move two weeks worth of luggage up a floor at 1am.) The new room had what appeared to be clean bedding however the room itself was a completely different room than was originally assigned. It obviously had not been renovated in decades. Asked to speak to the manager that night. No go. Asked the next morning. Again…not available. Sent an email and got no response. Absolutely unsatisfactory especially for the price. Do not stay here. Filthy. Even my five year old said “I don’t wanna sleep in this dusty and rusty room.”

Old hotel that needs updating. Carpet in the hallways was torn and buckled in spots. Dust in corners.
Our queen bed had king-size sheets and bunched up when sleeping.
In the shower, the pump on the body wash container was broken right off.

The floor seemed very dusty. The toilet was not functioning properly. The carpet in the hallways was lifted and a trip hazard.

Everything was great, stayed for a week, only issue was that the meals at breakfast were the same everyday. Most people who stay for a few days wouldn’t care.
A little variety would have been nice
