Not a single negative thing to say about our stay

Affordable, spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. On-site, free, comprehensive breakfast and other dining available, (West 67 - on site). Swimming pool, hot tub, spa, gym, sauna, business center and WIFI. Superior hospitality staff made our stay enjoyable. Although the hotel was completely booked, the noise level was good and everything was comfortable. A great place for business, family time, or couples get away. (Pool area was too busy to be able to take / add photos).

***DISGUSTING-AVOID***
Checked in here late at night after driving all day with two young kids. Arrived at our room and immediately noticed a long black hair on the pillow. Pulled back the bedding and noticed the sheets were FULL of stains and hair (see photos.) Absolutely disgusting. The front desk gave us another room (had to move two weeks worth of luggage up a floor at 1am.) The new room had what appeared to be clean bedding however the room itself was a completely different room than was originally assigned. It obviously had not been renovated in decades. Asked to speak to the manager that night. No go. Asked the next morning. Again…not available. Sent an email and got no response. Absolutely unsatisfactory especially for the price. Do not stay here. Filthy. Even my five year old said “I don’t wanna sleep in this dusty and rusty room.”

Have stayed in this hotel many times over the last few years, it is not being maintained, in the upgraded room the bed was tired and the ceiling over the bar was falling down with some nasty stain on it,the wifi was terrible, the hallways the carpets are falling apart,even the ceiling in the hot tub room is falling apart

Room was dated but clean. Breakfast was ok except the eggs (scrambled and boiled were cold) potatoes were cold.
At about 10 PM there was a very loud noise in our room like tapping or banging on a pipe. We tried to go to sleep but at 11 PM we gave up because it didn't stop. We did talk to staff and they said there was a plumber working in the next room because they had flooding issues. The told them to stop and thank goodness it was quiet after that.

Not A lot of choices for food in lounge. They where having problem with there draft beer. It's a nice enough place. Bit of a language barrier. The hotel is very nice beds comfortable .Breakfast not great. for the price too stay there worth it booking.
